Connecting the action: Caesars Sportsbook’s workplace at The Majestic, Leeds
Caesars Sportsbook’s 12,500 sq ft office at The Majestic in Leeds brings trading, collaboration and social activity together across two floors. Zero Gravity Design contributed interior design to the project, with Overbury delivering the fit-out.
The brief combined the operational demands of a trading business with a distinctive workplace identity. A dedicated trading floor sits alongside agile work settings, meeting areas and shared spaces. An internal staircase connects the two levels, making movement between teams a defining part of the plan.
Exposed ceilings are balanced with acoustic elements, while changes in flooring distinguish circulation and activity zones. Furniture and subtle references to sport and gaming bring the business’s character into the interior. Technology and acoustic requirements are considered alongside the visual setting, connecting the design to the way the workplace operates.

The completed workplace gives Caesars Sportsbook a varied, connected office within a prominent Leeds building. The project brings operational planning and interior identity together around a specific business brief.
