14 King Street: renewing the occupier experience for Bruntwood SciTech in Leeds
Working with fit-out partner Ultimate, Zero Gravity Design developed the interior design and refurbishment strategy for Bruntwood SciTech’s 14 King Street in Leeds. The project focused on the shared spaces that shape a multi-tenanted building’s first impression and everyday use.
The brief was to connect a refreshed reception with the circulation areas and facilities beyond it. New flooring, lighting and a sculpted reception desk establish a clearer arrival point, with a coordinated palette continuing through corridors and stairwells.
WC refurbishments, kitchen spaces and end-of-trip facilities extend the intervention across the occupier journey. Durable finishes, lighter tones and consistent joinery details give these spaces a shared identity, bringing the less visible areas of the building into the same design approach as the entrance.
