Technical Design Specification
With the design direction agreed, we produce comprehensive technical drawing packages, including space plans, bespoke joinery details, lighting layouts, and finishes schedules. We also finalise material and furniture selections to ensure a cohesive, high-quality result.

Project Delivery, Fit-Out & Procurement
We don’t just design, we deliver.
Alongside design, we support full project delivery including contractor coordination, FF&E procurement, bespoke joinery and on-site implementation.
Whether working alongside a principal contractor or managing key elements directly, we ensure every part of the project is aligned from concept through to completion.
