The Majestic Leeds: Standout Office for Caesars Sportsbook

Caesars Sportsbook appointed the project team to design and deliver a 12,500 sq ft CAT B workplace within The Majestic — a landmark heritage building in Leeds City Centre.

The brief was intentionally open, focused on spatial requirements and early visual references, allowing the design to evolve collaboratively. The objective was to create a distinctive office environment that would reflect Caesars’ brand energy, support high-performance working, and attract top talent within the region.

Throughout the process, the design was shaped around flexibility, technology integration, and creating a workplace experience that stands apart from conventional office environments.

 

Agile work settings: A variety of flexible work zones support different working styles, from focused desk-based activity to informal collaboration.

Connected two-floor layout: A newly introduced internal staircase creates a strong physical and visual connection between levels, improving flow and interaction.

Dedicated trading floor: Purpose-designed areas accommodate high-energy, technology-driven trading activity within a controlled acoustic environment.

Technology-led workplace: Integrated digital infrastructure supports fast-paced operations and modern ways of working.

Gaming-inspired design language: Contemporary furniture systems are layered with subtle references to gaming and sports culture, creating a distinctive and immersive workplace identity.

Acoustic strategy & spatial zoning: Exposed ceilings are balanced with acoustic cloud and wave elements to manage sound within open plan areas, while considered flooring solutions guide movement through the space.
