Gaming HQ: A design-led workspace built for gaming culture and performance.

Working with a fast-growing gaming studio, we created a 10,400 sq ft workplace designed to support high-performance teams, creative flow, and immersive brand identity. The brief was to move beyond a traditional office — delivering a space that feels as dynamic and engaging as the worlds they create.

The design brings together production, collaboration, and social interaction into a series of connected zones — balancing focus with energy, and structure with flexibility. Inspired by gaming environments, the space blends atmospheric lighting, layered materials, and bold spatial moments to create a workplace that feels alive throughout the day.

Central to the concept is a strong social heart — a place where teams can reset, connect, and share ideas. Tiered seating, breakout lounges, and flexible work settings allow the space to shift seamlessly between individual focus, team collaboration, and informal gatherings.

 

Natural materials and planting soften the environment, creating contrast against the more expressive lighting and feature elements. This balance supports both wellbeing and performance — critical for teams working in fast-paced, creative production cycles.
