Modern Georgian Residence
Timeless Architecture. Contemporary Living.
Designed as a study in proportion, light, and materiality, this 5,000 sqft home reinterprets classic Georgian symmetry through a modern architectural language.
The vision was to create a residence that balances refinement with warmth, a home that feels both rooted in heritage and entirely of today.
The design centres around a clean, formal geometry softened by natural textures and layered light. Inside, spaces flow effortlessly from the glass-link hallway into open-plan living zones, each defined by crafted joinery, chevron oak flooring, and softly diffused lighting. The palette blends limewash walls, stone surfaces, and deep timber tones to evoke calm, depth, and tactility.
Externally, the landscaped gardens extend the architecture outward, defined by sculpted hedging, a reflection pool, and a sense of stillness in motion. The result is a seamless connection between inside and out, blurring boundaries between structure and nature.
Materiality plays a defining role. Natural timber, warm metals, and textured plaster finishes were chosen to create a space that feels lived-in yet luxurious. Each element, from the bespoke lighting to the proportion of openings, contributes to an atmosphere of quiet confidence and understated beauty.
This is Zero Gravity Design meeting high-end residential, where commercial precision meets crafted interiors, and every space tells a story of light, rhythm, and restraint.
