Reimagining Workplace Flex Space: A human-centred, future-ready workspace at MediaCityUK.

Appointed by  MediaCityUK, we transformed two full floors, 16,000 sq ft into an elevated Flex workspace designed for the modern hybrid workforce. The ambition was to move beyond the typical Cat A+ offer and create a destination that feels warm, intuitive and deeply connected to how people want to work today.

The design direction centres around calmness and tactility. Soft, muted tones and natural textures set a restorative baseline, while a layered mix of furniture and zoning supports both energy and quiet. The atmosphere is professional yet welcoming — a workspace that feels easy to use, comfortable to inhabit, and uplifting throughout the day.

Flexibility shaped every decision. Spaces shift seamlessly between focus, collaboration and community — allowing occupiers to adapt their environment without compromising design integrity. From hospitality-inspired lounges to acoustically considerate phone booths and private suites, each setting is purposefully crafted to balance productivity with wellbeing.
