Financial Services Workplace: A high-performance HQ designed for growth and collaboration

This project involved the relocation of a global Financial Services organisation to a new 20,000 sq ft workspace at 5 New York Street, Manchester, supporting the continued growth of their UK operations.

Zero Gravity Design supported the delivery of the project, providing the Stage 4–6 technical design package, translating the original concept into a fully coordinated and buildable scheme on site.

Working closely with the contractor and wider team, our role focused on ensuring the design intent was carried through into delivery — resolving technical details, coordinating information and supporting the project through to completion.

The original concept, centred around creating a highly collaborative and inclusive workplace, reflecting the client’s strong community values and enabling teams to work effectively across multiple functions.
