A future-ready workplace experience at MediaCityUK

EVOLVE is a bold reimagining of the contemporary workplace experience at MediaCityUK — designed to reflect the energy, creativity, and cultural relevance of its setting.

Rather than treating the workspace as a static environment, the concept was developed as a dynamic, immersive journey — one that encourages movement, interaction, and moments of pause throughout the day. The ambition was to create a space that feels alive, expressive, and unmistakably future-forward.

The design language draws on sculptural forms, rhythmic lighting, and reflective surfaces to create a sense of flow and progression through the space. Curved geometries guide circulation, while layered lighting strategies introduce depth, energy, and visual interest. Bold colour moments are balanced with calmer, more grounded zones to support a variety of uses and moods.

EVOLVE blurs the line between workplace, social space, and event environment. Areas are intentionally designed to flex — shifting seamlessly from focused working to collaboration, informal gathering, and programmed events. The result is an adaptable setting that responds to changing patterns of use without losing its identity.

Biophilic elements are woven throughout to soften the architecture and introduce moments of calm, reinforcing wellbeing while enhancing the overall spatial experience. Material choices were selected for both tactility and visual impact, creating a space that feels immersive, engaging, and memorable.
